* Fix Item - Repairs selected item, fee based on value of item, and extent of damage.
* Fix All Items - Repairs all items, fee as above.
* Sword Smith - Improves a Dirk or Sword.
* Soori Smith - Improves a Surigum (eg. Snow Secret), or Soori Knife (eg. Center Dagger).
Rogues or Warriors over 11th Insight may use these services.
Leo - Armorer
* Fix Item - Repairs selected item, fee based on value of item, and extent of damage.
* Fix All Items - Repairs all items, fee as above.
* Smith Ring - Creates a ring, from finished gems (i.e. Coral Ring).
A rogue Gem Smith may use this service ((Gem Smith appears on their legend, after
practicing Gem Polishing a number of times)).

Jilt - Higgler
* Loures Male Tailoring - Dye male armor, in Loures colors.
* Loures Female Tailoring - Dye female armor, in Loures colors.
* Loures Male Grand Tailoring - Dye high insight male armor, in Loures colors.
* Loures Female Grand Tailoring - Dye high insight female armor, in Loures colors.
To use these services, a character must be Respected Citizen or greater office,
of any town, and must have an assistant who is a Tailor ((Tailor appears on their legend, after
practicing Tailoring several times)).
Loures style and colors vary with different types of armor, generally purple, white, and/or blue.
* Note: Items improved through Smithing require higher
insight to use, and may be perishable.
Basic Tailoring service is not available here.
