The Paluten may be worn by male Rogues who have gained forty-one or more Insights. The armor is made with leather and cloth in varying combinations but all variants feature close-fitting gauntlets to protect the hands during delicate labor. The Plain Paluten is crafted by the Mundanes with capsic bark and angelica. The four dyes available at various other locations require significant Aisling labor. The Suomi variant is dyed with capsic bark and spirulina. The Mileth variant is dyed with capsic bark, chicory, spirulina and angelica. The Loures variant is dyed with capsic bark, chicory, angelica amd hyssop. The Rucesion variant is dyed with capsic bark, chicory and angelica.
