The Pian na Dions - Pain directed at the enemy's core
The Pian na Dion spells, either the regular, or the Mor iteration, all allow the intelligent Wizard to strike direct damage to a creature. However, both spells being extremely powerful, they deplete a great deal of one’s Will, as they also necessitate a great deal of repetition to be substantially useful, and as such, the most fit to be gifted with these incantations is who else but the path of the wizard, which can, in turn sacrifice their health through the incantation of fas spiorad to replenish their willpower.
As it has no association with either holy or unholy elements, the priest would be unfit to receive a secret of destruction so distant from their nature, and would be the only class besides the wizard that could be argued to have been fit to sustain it, given that the other three paths lack the magnitudes of willpower required, and the means of restoring that willpower.

Fas Spiorad - Pain directed not at enemies, but one's self
This incantation allows the Wizard to sacrifice a degree of their vitality and wellbeing in order to become virtuous and replenish their lost willpower. The vitality of the wizard is spent as ambient spirits enter his body to replenish his willpower temporarily. This is a facilitative secret for the wizard to be able to cast secrets almost indefinitely, with no pause. However, this seems to be a purely arcane spell, unrelated to any of the elements - as are most of the secrets a Wizard receives at mastery.
The Priest path, dealing with the divine energies, have no place to take advantage of the arcane nature of this secret, while the other three Paths tend to place more importance on vitality, save for the Archer, who would never have the arcane aptitude to perform such a secret either way, as their minds are fixed on the grey realm, and were they to be bestowed with such an arcane gift, they would have probably sold it off in exchange for one thing or another.

Shock Arrow - Direct punishment, artificially induced
Another enhanced arrow secret employed by the Archer, and thus unique to them, this secret employs toxic substances to shock its targets, thus causing them to steadily wither away upon each shot, and as all poisons, literal poisons or not, its effects are dependent on the target’s vitality. This elucidates the way Archer’s make do; with the most mundane materials, from which they can devise and deviate fatal and tremendous secrets – whether it be simple chemicals, such as here, pure light, or paralysing agents such as Frost Arrow. No other Path is invariably dependent on materials and tools to perform their secrets and skills in such a fashion, making the rogue and archer arguably the most mundane of the paths. As such, it goes without saying that no other path would be able to wield this secret.
